Floral arrangements, event décor, and specially sourced plants are non-refundable once work or procurement has started. Substitutions of equal or greater value may occur due to seasonal availability.
Workshop bookings must be paid in full to secure a seat.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled or credited.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of handling tools, plants, and materials and agree to follow safety instructions.
All prices are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Risk transfers upon delivery and acceptance. Damage claims must be reported within 2 hours.
