DELIVERY & INSTALLATION POLICY

1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Flower Delivery

For flower orders:

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.

Same-day and next-day delivery are subject to product availability and delivery location.

Standard Delivery & Installation

For all products other than Flowers, delivery and installation will be completed within six (6) working days from the date of order confirmation and payment confirmation.

Delivery and installation are currently provided free of charge.

FOLIVANA reserves the right to review and confirm scheduling availability prior to final confirmation.

2. DELIVERY CONDITIONS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth delivery and installation process:

• A responsible person must be available at the delivery location on the scheduled date and time.
• Customers must ensure that plants and pots can fit through elevators, staircases, entryways, and other access points.
• All required site access permissions must be arranged by the customer in advance.
• The site must be ready, safe, and accessible at the scheduled delivery and installation time.

Failed Delivery or Access Issues

Delays or failed deliveries caused by the following may result in rescheduling:

• Restricted access
• Incomplete or unprepared sites
• Incorrect address details
• Customer unavailability

If delivery or installation must be rescheduled or returned due to customer-related access issues, FOLIVANA may require the customer to coordinate a new delivery or installation schedule.

Revisit Charges

Any revisit requested after completion of the initial inspection shall be subject to confirmation by FOLIVANA.

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is currently provided free of charge.

Installation is also currently provided free of charge.

4. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery and installation.

By signing the delivery confirmation or electronically confirming receipt, the customer acknowledges that:

• The items delivered are correct.
• The items are in acceptable condition.
• The installation has been completed satisfactorily.

Post-Installation Liability

Following completion of delivery and installation, FOLIVANA shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, missing items, or incorrect deliveries once the installation has been completed and acknowledged by the customer’s sign-off.

Following confirmation of delivery and acceptance, FOLIVANA shall not be held responsible for claims relating to:

• Missing items
• Incorrect items
• Visible damage

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Plants

Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, all plants are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Pots & Accessories

Pots and accessories may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of use.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, customers must contact contact@folivana.com with clear images of the item and relevant order details for review.

FOLIVANA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed within approximately seven (7)–fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOLIVANA shall not be liable for:

• Damage resulting from improper care, handling, or maintenance after delivery.
• Environmental or site conditions affecting plant health.
• Delays caused by third parties, building management, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant purchased product or service.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

FOLIVANA shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• Supplier shortages
• Severe weather conditions
• Other force majeure events

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of purchase, provided that the order has not already been prepared, processed, dispatched, or scheduled for delivery or installation.

Once preparation, procurement, dispatch, or installation arrangements have commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible.

By completing checkout, placing an order, or booking delivery and installation services, you agree to this policy.

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

INSTALLATION SERVICE

Installation is currently provided free of charge where installation is applicable.

How It Works

• Installation will be arranged by FOLIVANA where installation is applicable to the order.
• No separate installation charge will be added to the order.
• Installation is subject to product type, availability, delivery location, accessibility, and scheduling.
• Customers must ensure that the site is ready and accessible for installation at the scheduled time.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CHARGES

All Deliveries in United Arab Emirates Are Currently Free of cost
