Return & Delivery Policy

This Return, Delivery & Installation Policy applies to all purchases made through the official website of FOLIVANA (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation will be completed within seven (7) calendar days from the date of order confirmation and payment confirmation.

Priority Delivery (Dubai Only)

Customers may request priority delivery within Dubai for an additional charge of AED 500, subject to availability.

Where confirmed, delivery and installation will be completed within Two (2) calendar days.

All delivery and installation charges are subject to change depending on location, accessibility, and order size.

FOLIVANA reserves the right to review and confirm scheduling availability prior to final confirmation.

 

2. Delivery Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery and installation:

  • A responsible person must be available at the delivery location at the scheduled date and time.
  • Customers must ensure that plants and pots can fit through elevators, staircases, and entryways.
  • All site access permissions must be arranged by the customer in advance.
  • The site must be ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

Failed Delivery or Access Issues

Delays caused by:

  • Restricted access
  • Incomplete or unprepared sites
  • Incorrect address details
  • Customer unavailability

may result in rescheduling and additional delivery charges.

If delivery must be rescheduled or returned, an additional delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery charge will apply.

 

3. Delivery Charges

  • One delivery charge covers up to ten (10) plants or pots.
  • Orders exceeding ten items will incur additional delivery charges based on quantity.
  • Installation of additional plants upon customer request at site will be charged at AED 25 per plant.

 

4. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery and installation.

By signing the delivery confirmation (or electronically confirming receipt), the customer acknowledges that:

  •  The items are correct
  • The items are in acceptable condition
  • The installation has been completed satisfactorily

After confirmation, FOLIVANA shall not be held responsible for claims related to:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Visible damages

 

5. Return & Refund Policy

Plants

Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, all plants are strictly non-returnable and non - refundable.

Pots & Accessories

Pots may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be free from scratches or damage
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

To initiate a return, customers must email:

with clear images and order details for review.

FOLIVANA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within [7–14 business days] via the original payment method.

Delivery fees and installation fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

FOLIVANA shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from improper care or maintenance after delivery
  • Environmental conditions affecting plant health
  • Delays caused by third parties, building management, or force majeure events
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

 

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or supplier shortages.
