Sculptural in scale and quietly expressive, the FS Water Jar Large draws its character from an elongated, time-worn silhouette. Its gently rounded body rises into a narrower opening, finished with a substantial rolled rim that gives the form definition while retaining its organic softness.
The surface is richly textured, with an earthy ochre-brown palette layered with irregular charcoal-grey markings and subtle tonal variations. These natural-looking imperfections create a beautifully aged visual quality, allowing light and shadow to reveal different nuances across the planter throughout the day.
At 88 cm high, its tall proportions give the piece a strong architectural presence without feeling overly formal. The restrained shape and weathered finish bring warmth and depth to contemporary interiors, pairing particularly well with spaces shaped by natural textures, muted colours and understated materials.
As a decorative plant pot, the FS Water Jar Large creates a grounded counterpoint to greenery. Its generous vertical form can complement foliage with an expressive or sculptural character, while the earthy surface provides a calm backdrop that allows natural greens to remain visually prominent.
