1. PRODUCTS

Plants, Flowers & Accessories

Plants and flowers are natural products. Variations in size, colour, shape, and bloom stage are normal and do not constitute defects.

Images are provided for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural characteristics, seasonal availability, and sourcing.

Fresh flowers and certain live plants are perishable and generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Any damage must be reported within 6 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

2. CUSTOM ORDERS

Floral arrangements, event décor, and specially sourced plants may be considered custom orders.

Custom orders are non-refundable once work, production, procurement, or sourcing has started.

Due to seasonal availability, suitable substitutions of equal or greater value may be made where reasonably necessary while maintaining the overall design and quality.

3. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop and event bookings may require full payment to secure a place.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for rescheduling or store credit, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in handling tools, plants, equipment, and other materials and agree to follow all safety instructions.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or cancel orders due to stock availability issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or unauthorised activity.

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

5. DELIVERY

We provide delivery services within the United Arab Emirates, subject to location availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, supplier delays, or force majeure events.

Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of plants, flowers, and certain natural products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Valid claims will be assessed and handled in accordance with applicable United Arab Emirates consumer protection laws.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including designs, images, graphics, text, branding, product descriptions, and other materials, is the property of Folivana Landscape LLC or its respective content owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Folivana reserves the right to photograph or document completed projects, installations, and designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing before the commencement of the project.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United Arab Emirates law, our liability in connection with any product or service shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
