Shipping, Delivery & Installation Policy
By placing an order with FOLIVANA, you acknowledge and accept the terms set out below. FOLIVANA shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from its delivery and installation services except where the conditions of this policy have been met.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery and installation are completed within seven (7) days from the date of order confirmation.
- Priority delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. Where priority service is selected, delivery and installation are completed within two (2) days, subject to schedule availability. FOLIVANA reserves the right to review the schedule and will confirm availability accordingly.
- An installation fee applies to all installation services. All charges may vary depending on the delivery location and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
- A responsible person must be available at the site on the scheduled delivery date and time.
- The customer must ensure that plants and pots can fit into the elevator and through the doorways of the apartment, villa, or other premises.
- Site access and all necessary permissions must be arranged and provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete or unprepared sites, or the unavailability of a contact person may result in rescheduling, with additional charges.
Rescheduling, Revisits & Additional Services
- Any revisit requested after completion of the initial inspection will incur additional fees.
- Any rescheduling or redelivery is subject to additional delivery charges equivalent to the original delivery fee.
- One delivery charge covers up to ten (10) plants or pots. Where the total number of items exceeds ten, additional delivery charges apply based on the quantity of items delivered.
- Where the customer requests the installation of additional plants at the site, an installation charge applies for each individual plant installed.
Acceptance of Delivery
- The customer must verify that the delivered items are accurate and in accordance with the order at the time of delivery.
- Upon signing the delivery note, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the delivery.
- FOLIVANA shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, missing items, or incorrect deliveries after installation has been completed and acknowledged by the customer's sign-off.
